Project Description: The grant to Dodge County Airport improves the airport's infrastructure by installing runway 2/20 lighting. The outcome of this project will be to enhance the safety and efficiency of the airport.

Infrastructure Description: The construction project at Dodge County Airport makes improvements to runway 2/20 lighting and contributes to several purposes of the Recovery Act. The project preserves and creates jobs by awarding contracts to engineering and construction businesses, which, in turn, retain or hire employees to complete the work. Additionally, the project is an investment in transportation infrastructure that will provide long-term economic benefits to communities and regions that benefit from access to aviation.
