Award Description: This grant award provides funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the Recovery Act) to enhance crime victim services in the State. The Recovery Act - OVC FY 09 Victims of Crimes Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance Formula Grant Program funds are competitively awarded by the State to local community-based organizations that provide direct services to crime victims.
