Award Description: This Agreement provides funding under the American Recovery and Reimbursement Act of 2009 to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to Capitalize its Revolving Fund for the Financing for the construction of drinking water facilities, green infrastructure, program administration and drinking water related activities. The primary purposes of the agreeement are to: preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery through the investment in infrastructure projects that will improve water quality and will provide long-term economic benefits.
